Well, did not mind the sex subjects, but there was no romance. No depth to the characters. Kinda wordy in sections. Not my favorite kind of read, though I would give it a chance. It was mediocre. Not sure if I could recommend it other than it was a rough sex kind of book. If you like that....than this is for you. I just needed more.Product details

Another well written book from Emily Tilton and it's no surprise, right?! Alice is a spitfire and unfortunately, betrothed to a horrible man. On her way to marry she luckily falls into the hands of Niall, and when I say lucky I mean so, so lucky ) What follows is a HOT steamy journey into love with quite of bit of danger and suspense as well. I read it in one sitting and loved every page of it! Click, buy and enjoy! I received this book from Stormy Night Publications as an Advanced Reader Copy.

Another terrific book by Emily Tilton about Lady Alice, who is about to marry an evil lout, Lord Rodrick, and is on the way toward his castle when her escorts are ambushed and murdered, and she is about to be ravished when she is rescued by Niall, a Scottish Chief who takes her to his house in Scotland. Erotic romance follows and there is danger, violence, explicit sex, spanking and more. A very enjoyable read.
I really liked Saved by the Highlander by Emily Tilton - sexy Scottish men and steamy scenes abound. Alice is betrothed and is shocked to spy her betrothed tupping a servant. She watches and learns and begins to feel uneasy about her marriage. On her way to his home, she and her servants are waylaid and she is almost raped and murdered - but is saved by Niall.
Niall's enemy is Lady Alice's betrothed and he doesn't believe her attack was an accident. He believes her betrothed had her harmed for his own purposes. So he takes Alice to his home where he can keep her safe.
Alice and Niall fall hard for each other. There's is a passionate, sexy romance with lots of steam. Very good plot line and great characters. Good read for people who enjoy steamy historicals.
Really? This book was awful! The bad guy was the one having all the outrageous sex while the h was always getting spanked by the H. All the h did was dream of all the sex the bad guy was having and wished the H would do those things to her. I struggled to finish the story. Save your money and your time! Don't buy this book.
